What if I need to reschedule or cancel my pickup?
Life happens, and we understand. You can easily reschedule or cancel your pickup through your account.
What products do you use to wash my clothes?
We only use the best products. As standard for ALL orders, we use Kirkland brand detergent, softener, and dryer sheets. We also offer many other alternatives such as Tide, Downy, Bounce, All Free & Clear, and more!
What if regular detergents irritate my skin or I want a more Earth-friendly option?
At Peachtree Corners Laundromat, we have everyone covered. We offer All Free Clear, Downy Free & Gentle, Bounce Free & Gentle, and Ecos Plant Powered detergent as an option at no additional charge!
Can you elaborate on your process?
Of course! We separate all orders by whites, lights, and darks and use the best cleaning products. Before we put them in the wash, we ensure each item can be washed and we check all the pockets. We mean ALL. We never mix orders and we also take note of any special requests or additional services. Once they're dry, we neatly fold them, bag them airtight, and hang and steam all collared shirts. Oh yeah, your dress too, we hang that as well.
How will I know you have my laundry and not someone else!?
We will send you a text letting you know when we're on our way to you, and once it's been picked up. Don't worry, we've got you in good hands.
